By renting a car under international driving license, you get insurance that will protect you from excessive expenses in the event of an accident, even a minor one.

What are «Black Marks»?
An unusual method for fixing traffic violations for us is black marks (Black points). If during the year the driver scores 24 black marks and more — he will remain without a license for 3 months. If after this the situation repeats, the period of deprivation of rights will double - up to six months. The third "zalet" - deprivation of rights for a year and their return, subject to successful completion of driving courses. Black points apply only to citizens with local driver licenses, however knowing them will not prevent tourists for general development.
What to do if an accident happens?
If you are in an accident, then must immediately report to the police. It is impossible to leave the scene of the incident until the police completely complete the paperwork. If failure to submit a police report to the landlord about the traffic accident, you will be liable for covering the losses incurred from the accident.
