All clients are required to have an original international passport or local identity document during the charter. This procedure may be required by the police if the vessel is presented for inspection. We also often request the client’s document until the end of the rental period, and for some vessels, a security deposit is required for the rental period, which will be refunded to you.

Cancellation Fees:

• Free cancellation - 72 hours or more before charter departure
• 50% cancellation fee - less than 72 hours but more than 24 hours before charter departure
• No refund - less than 24 hours before charter departure

Exceptions:
The client has the right to cancel the charter without incurring the above cancellation fees in the following cases:

• Weather conditions are deemed unsafe
• The coast guard has issued a warning
• The company is unable to provide the agreed services on the day of the charter

Important Notes:

• All cancellation times are calculated based on the scheduled departure time of the charter
• The client must notify the company of cancellation in writing
• Refunds are processed according to the original payment method
• Special conditions may apply for certain types of charters

Weather Conditions:

• The decision on unsafe weather conditions is made by the company’s captain
• The company will inform the client about the cancellation due to weather at least 2 hours before the scheduled departure
• In case of cancellation due to weather, the client can choose a refund or reschedule the charter

Company’s Responsibility:

• The company must provide written confirmation of its inability to provide services
• The company will offer alternative solutions if possible
• Full refund will be provided if the company cannot fulfill its obligations

The minimum yacht rental time during sunset on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays is 3-4 hours.
