Renting Terms
Payment Methods:
- Bank card transfer (dirhams, rubles)
- Online link payment
- Cash payment (dirhams, dollars, euros)
- Cryptocurrency payment
- A deposit of 50% of the rental cost is required to confirm the booking
- Full payment is due 1 day before the charter
- Please save and forward a copy of the transaction to the manager
All clients are required to have an original international passport or local identity document during the charter. This procedure may be required by the police if the vessel is presented for inspection. We also often request the client’s document until the end of the rental period, and for some vessels, a security deposit is required for the rental period, which will be refunded to you.
Cancellation Fees:
The client has the right to cancel the charter without incurring the above cancellation fees in the following cases:
- Free cancellation - 72 hours or more before charter departure
- 50% cancellation fee - less than 72 hours but more than 24 hours before charter departure
- No refund - less than 24 hours before charter departure

- Weather conditions are deemed unsafe
- The coast guard has issued a warning
- The company is unable to provide the agreed services on the day of the charter
- All cancellation times are calculated based on the scheduled departure time of the charter
- The client must notify the company of cancellation in writing
- Refunds are processed according to the original payment method
- Special conditions may apply for certain types of charters
- The decision on unsafe weather conditions is made by the company’s captain
- The company will inform the client about the cancellation due to weather at least 2 hours before the scheduled departure
- In case of cancellation due to weather, the client can choose a refund or reschedule the charter
- The company must provide written confirmation of its inability to provide services
- The company will offer alternative solutions if possible
- Full refund will be provided if the company cannot fulfill its obligations
Boarding Procedures:
- Access to the boat opens 10-30 minutes before the start of the charter
- Public parking rate: 10 AED per hour
- Our manager will provide detailed information on the exact location of the yacht and parking area
- Buggies are available near the pier for quick transportation
- Buggy service is charged separately: 10 AED per person
- Service is provided on demand
- Please arrive in advance to ensure timely boarding
- Parking fees must be paid directly at the parking facility
- Buggy service payment is made on the spot
- For any questions regarding location or services, contact our manager
- Plan your arrival 45-60 minutes before the scheduled charter time
- Allow extra time for parking and transportation to the yacht
- Buggy service operates during all charter hours
- Availability may vary depending on demand
- Booking in advance is recommended for large groups
Pet Policy:
- Pets are not allowed on board.
Safety Regulations:
- Children under 12 years of age must wear a life jacket at all times while on board
- Children of any age must be supervised by adults

- We are always prepared for any situation
- We can provide an entertainer upon request to allow adults to relax and enjoy their time

- This rule is in effect to ensure the safety of all passengers
- All passengers must comply with safety requirements
- The ban on wearing shoes is necessary to prevent injuries and ensure safety
- The yacht crew has the right to require compliance with safety rules
- Reduces the risk of slipping on a wet deck
- Prevents damage to the anti-slip coating
- Decreases the likelihood of injuries when moving around the deck
The minimum yacht rental time during sunset on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays is 3-4 hours.
